This is a special "update" for Mr. J.B!  Just giving a little "heads up" about some things that have been happening in my life!
As far as a job goes, I haven't found a steady full-time one yet. I have been babysitting 2 little boys 2-3 days a week Their names are Blaine and Caden. Blaine is 4 yrs old and very talkative and Caden will be 2 yrs old in September and does everything that his big brother does! They are precious little boys and I enjoy taking care of them. In a week or so, I might start working at a butcher shop. That isn't final yet though. I am still waiting to hear about that opportunity.
Memorial Day weekend, a group of 12 of us went to Maine to visit a friend that is in V. S there. We had a very good time and kept busy. We went to Acadia, which was beautiful, and hiked, walked on the rocks, took pictures, stopped for supper, and just enjoyed the nice day! On the way home from Acadia we topped the day off with ice cream. It was very refreshing after a long day!
In the beginning of this month, my grandmother passed away. She has had health problems for a while and has been wanting to go "Home"! The Lord decided to take her from us. She is greatly missed, but we know that she is in a much better place! For a week this month, I helped to teach a craft at Bible School. I helped with the 11-12 year olds. We had about 12 of them. They had a mirror that they painted and put their name on. They all did a very good job!
Sometimes my weekends are unique. A friend has an awesome sand v-ball court, so when the weather is nice, sometimes a group of us go over there on Saturday nights and play v-ball or sometimes we just get a gym and play. Some of my weekends can be busy and other times I am just content staying at home!
And.....Last.....But MOST important.... I will be in Indiana in 10 days!!!!!!!!!! I have a dear friend that is getting married on July 8th! But, while I am out there, I will get to see all the many dear and precious people that have been brought into my life that I miss VERY much!! Echoes family, Church family, the Gerber family, my 3 "sisters", my 3 little girls, and the list could go on and on!! It will be wonderful to all be together again!! Looking forward to Saturday night!! I can just taste that good 'ole latte! Good times and Great memories are coming!! It will be so wonderful to finally all be together again!!
